Note: Please thoroughly INSPECT all items at of time delivery. If any items appear to have damage to its packaging, please note this with the delivery person and contact us immediately at 1-800-833-5530. New returns must be returned to us in NEW condition, this includes the package. Items must be clean, uninstalled and all attaching hardware, packaging, protective wrapping and packing must be properly in place and secured. Failing to properly package and pack an item may result in damage to the item during shipping. We cannot refund for items that are damaged during shipping. Electrical items are NOT returnable. All new return requests must be made to us within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns will require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER so that we will be able to identify the package and issue your credit. To get an authorization number please contact us via email and we will issue one. Items returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be refused. The credit amount reflects the purchase price of the item, shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. Items that are returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
